1. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• An advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.
• Full payment must be completed before the start of the tour unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices are subject to change due to taxes, fuel surcharges or seasonal variations.

2. Package Inclusions & Exclusions

Each package clearly lists what is included and excluded. Anything not mentioned in inclusions is considered an exclusion and will be charged separately.

3. Travel Documents

Travellers are responsible for carrying valid identification, visas and other required documents. Sarthi Tour is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete documents.

4. Changes & Itinerary Modifications

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, government regulations or unforeseen circumstances, ensuring minimal impact on your experience.

5. Liability

Sarthi Tour acts only as a facilitator between travellers and service providers (hotels, transport, airlines). We are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage arising from circumstances beyond our control.

6. Health & Safety

Travellers should ensure they are medically fit for travel. Any pre-existing conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
