Cancellation Policy

At Sarthi Tour, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Cancellation by the Traveller

Cancellation charges are calculated based on the number of days before the tour departure date:

30 days or more before departure: 10% of the total package cost
15 - 29 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost
7 - 14 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost
Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the total package cost

Note: Certain bookings (flights, special hotels, peak-season packages) may carry stricter, non-refundable terms which will be communicated at the time of booking.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel a booking, please contact us in writing via email at sarthi_tours@rediffmail.com or call +91 94214 87002. Cancellation is effective from the date we receive your written request.

3. Refunds

Eligible refunds are processed within 7 - 14 working days.
Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Bank charges or third-party transaction fees, if any, are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation by Sarthi Tour

In rare cases, we may cancel a tour due to insufficient participation, natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date, an alternative package, or a full refund of the amount paid to us.

5. No-Show

No refund will be provided for travellers who fail to show up at the start of the tour or who discontinue the tour midway.
